Why do I build apps

I like making things. Sometimes it’s software, sometimes it’s photographs, sometimes it’s something in between.

Apps are the version of that I can carry furthest: a small idea, shaped slowly, that ends up in someone else’s pocket. There’s something quietly absurd and wonderful about that.

Keeping them small

The apps I admire do one thing and stay out of the way. That’s the bar — not more features, just fewer rough edges.
